MENGINTEGRASIKAN NILAI-NILAI ISLAM DALAM PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER SISWA DI ERA DIGITAL

This study aims to see the positive impact of Islamic Values in the use of technology. The study compared two schools with different conditions: School A, which has a comprehensive Islamic religious education curriculum in all subjects and extracurricular activities, and School B, which does not have a comprehensive Islamic religious education curriculum. The study found significant differences in terms of attitudes towards negative internet experiences and positive technology use across the two groups of students. The study found that students in School A, which focuses on Islamic religious education, had a higher rate for negative online content (85%) and a higher rate for positive online activities (8.5), More people engaged in positive online activities, with an average of 10 hours per month spent using technology for educational purposes. In addition, students in School B showed a higher percentage for negative online content (65%) with a resilience score of 6.5, and a higher percentage for positive online activities with a resilience score of 6 hours per month. This emphasizes the need to incorporate Islamic values into education as a positive factor in fostering citizenship and technology use.
