PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DAN DELINQUENCY SISWA TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN PAI KELAS VIII SMP NEGERI 1 BANDAR MASILAM

Abstract

Character education and student delinquency have a significant influence on student learning outcomes in the PAI (Islamic Religious Education) class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Bandar Masilam, Bandar Masilam District, Simalungun Regency. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of character education and student delinquency on student learning outcomes in PAI subjects. The research method used was a survey with a population of 120 class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Bandar Masilam, Bandar Masilam District, Simalungun Regency. The research results show that character education has a significant positive influence on student learning outcomes in PAI subjects, while student delinquency has a significant negative influence on student learning outcomes. Thus, more active efforts are needed to improve character education and reduce student delinquency to improve student learning outcomes in PAI subjects.
