Education is a comprehensive teaching process that encompasses the transformation of knowledge, understanding, and the formation of attitudes or behavior. Islamic Religious Education aims to shape good behavior and a healthy soul. This study uses a quantitative approach with statistical data analysis. In this quantitative research, the influence of Islamic Religious Education on the theological understanding of students at MA AL-AMIN Bandar Masilam shows a significant correlation based on statistical tests. This is indicated by the product moment correlation calculation with student respondents, which yields a positive value of 0.696, indicating the influence of Islamic Religious Education on students' theological understanding. To determine the significance of this correlation coefficient, it is compared with the r table at a 5% error rate and N (36), which results in an r table value of 0.329. Since the calculated r is greater than the r table (0.696 > 0.329), it can be concluded that H₀ is rejected and Hᵃ is accepted, meaning there is an influence of Islamic Religious Education on the theological understanding of XI grade students at MA AL-AMIN Bandar Masilam.
