Abstract

Internal and external factors are responsible for the quality of student learning outcomes. Internal factors include attitudes towards learning, interest and motivation to learn, concentration on learning, and factors that influence the learning process and results that students internalize. External factors include teachers as educators, learning infrastructure and facilities, assessment policies, and students' social and social environments and school programs. Learning something that attracts attention will be easier to accept than learning something that does not attract attention. This lesson should also not be considered trivial or unimportant. Of course, if a particular field is interesting, learning the field will be easier. School performance, which shows success and achievement in learning, is the result of learning. An effective learning process is influenced by many factors, including the learning methods used by teachers. Effective learning can only be achieved when all factors are supportive, such as teaching methods; Interesting methods can help students achieve competency.
